SEMOLINA SOURDOUGH BREAD

Traditionally the semolina is used in making pasta but when added to the bread it gives the bread a distinct yellow collor and improves the flavour.

 

Ingredients:

Semolina (Hard Durum), Strong White & Wholemeal Flour, Salt, Water, Natural Leavening.
