The Sun-Dried Tomatoes sourdough, is one of my latest discoveries. For years I have used sundried tomatoes in salads or making pizza, but never in bread. Well, untill recently! The combination of sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary is so good, all you need is just a bit of olive oil to enjoy its true taste.
In my bread production I use predominantly flour from local mills.
Strong White Wheat Flour, Wholemeal Flour, Semolina flour, Sun-Dried tomatoes, Fresh rosemary, Salt, Water, Natural Leavening.
